What started as a passion, design-thinking driven project with user research with champions around the world, has grown into a multifaceted company that combines the art of movement, gymnastics science and sports medicine based nuero-kinetic therapy.

The driving force behind FLAIR, combines over 10 years of elite gymnastics and coaching experience with a strong academic background in Sports Science and NeuroKinetic Therapy. A member of the Hong Kong National Aerobic Gymnastics Team and Sports Medicine & Sports Science Association of Hong Kong, China, Trevor developed his unique coaching philosophy—" Theory based science, Coaching on a system™ "— to enhance mobility, athletic performance, and quality of life.
