🇬🇧🤸🏻♂️The course includes the British Gymnastics Proficiency Gymnastics Award scheme. Students who register for the full two-weeks course and pass the exam can apply to us for a certificate and badge.

🇭🇰🤸🏻♂️The camp would be led by gymnastics coaches/ former national team gymnast with extensive experience training students at Clearwater Bay School, Peak School, French International School and other schools.

👧🏼👦🏼The course is designed based on British Gymnastics proficiency awards scheme to improve students’ abilities in various jumps, tumbling, and gymnastics shapes on the floor and beam. Learners’ body coordination, strength, flexibility, power, agility, and general sports performance will all improve as a result of their gymnastics skills improvement.
