課程根據🇬🇧英國體操協會能力評級由資深註冊教練、🇨🇴前哥倫比亞國家體操代表隊運動員帶領，發展學員在地板和平衡木上各種跳躍、翻滾和基本體操技巧。除了體操技巧的發展，更能夠提高學員的身體協調性、力量、柔韌、爆發力、敏捷度，提升整體運動表現。

The camp would be led by senior registered gymnastics coaches and former Colombia 🇨🇴 national team gymnast with extensive experience training students at Clearwater Bay School, Peak School, French International School and other schools.The course is designed based on British Gymnastics proficiency awards scheme to improve students’ abilities in various jumps, tumbling, and gymnastics shapes on the floor and beam. Learners’ body coordination, strength, flexibility, power, agility, and general sports performance will all improve as a result of their gymnastics skills improvement.
