🇭🇰🤸🏻♂️The workshop includes the Aerobic Gymnastics Badge Scheme of The Gymnastics Association of Hong Kong, China. Students who register for the full two-weeks course and pass the exam can apply to us for a certificate and badge.

Designed by experienced registered coaches, FIG international judge and 2 times Asian championship medalist. Over two consecutive days, the training will progress from basic to advanced levels, covering fundamental choreography, aerobic movements, difficulty elements, transitions, and lifts. Through instruction and group training, participants will deepen their understanding of aerobic gymnastics and enhance their technical skills.
